A shooting stick should accommodate your height for you to get the most out of it. With the Adjustable Flipstick, you can resize your shooting stick seat so it’s the perfect length for you. The adjustable model comes with an extra section of the stem, which can extend to up to 6cm.

The Flipstick comes in a range of lengths to suit people of all sizes. Our walking sticks are available in small, regular, extra long, and Adjustable models. See below for our sizing recommendations:

• Small: 5.4ft and below
• Regular: 5.4ft – 5.10ft
• Extra long: 5.10ft and above

When in doubt about Flipstick sizing, go with the Adjustable model, so you can make it shorter or longer depending on your body height. The recommended height for a walking stick is when the top of the stick lines up with the crease in your wrist.

To make your shooting stick seat more secure, you can upgrade to the spiked ferrule option. The spiked ferrules attach to the base of the stick and provide greater stability on un-even ground. They’re interchangeable, so you can use them whenever you need a little extra support. For shooting, the spiked ferrules are recommended to help you maintain stability.
