Can you reduce the height of a standard Flipstick or Fold-Away?

Yes, Flipstick Original/01, Flipstick Extra-Long/02A & Fold-Away can easily be reduced in height by a maximum 12½cm / 5”.

Once you have determined your required height, from the top of the seat mark this measurement on the stem. Remove the rubber ferrule & plastic stem insert and using a hacksaw or pipe-cutter carefully cut the aluminium stem to your mark. Remove any sharp edges and replace the plastic stem insert & rubber ferrule – job done.

Yes, replacement Fold-Away carry bags are available!

Can Flipstick be printed for company promotions?

Subject to quantity we can pad-print Flipstick seats or embroider Fold-Away bags to make a novel yet highly practical ‘business-to-business’ corporate gift for company golf days, outdoor sporting events or as a membership subscription incentive.

Can I return my Flipstick if it proves unsuitable for me?

Yes, if you return your Flipstick in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the cost of your purchase less any post/packing charge.

Can my Flipstick be repaired if damaged?

No, under the Terms & Conditions imposed by our Product Liability Insurers we are not allowed to repair any used product.

Can I claim VAT Relief?

No, unfortunately Flipstick does not qualify for VAT exemption.

How long is the product guaranteed?

12 months from date of purchase – in the unlikely event that you have cause to return a faulty product we will replace it free of charge if such defects are due to substandard materials &/or manufacture but excluding fair wear & tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
